ANDEAN GRAINS

Our modern processing plant of ancient grains is located in the city of Chiclayo ant 765 km of Lima. Eight thousand (8,000) square meters are dedicated exclusively to the receipt , storage, processing and dispatch of Ancient grains.

Our plan is certified in Food safety BRC grade A, organic, kosher and gluten free. All of them obtained through rigorous audits conducted by organizations with the highest standards (SGS, Ceres, OU, GFCO).

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a installed capacity of 2,400 mt per month that allow us to supply our customers all year long.

Thanks to strict quality control, we receive only raw materials that meet the most demanding specifications in terms of limits of pesticides, microbiology, moisture and organoleptic characteristics. The quinoa and the other grains are store in our warehouse and modern silos.

The best equipment carries out the cleaning process and selection. Our commitment to quality drives us to seek the best technology available on the market to provide the best product to our customers.
